PHPBB.NET Support

I recently upgraded to phpbb 3.0.8 and the "View active topics" doesn,t work any longer I did check the green gear icon in "manage forums"-- "Enable active topics"and it is set to "YES"

any other helpful input would be welcome gentlemen
