Forum Logo ?!

Please help me to do it.... im trying it already since 3 hours + spend 1 hour at google trying to read how to do it...

I can't change this logo im on the end now -.-

There's a option :

User logo
You can upload an image for your forum header. Note that some of our styles don't support this option

Ok, so i tryed to upload my logo (png) and than ... :

Information
Only gif, jpeg or png images can be used as a logo!

what the hell... that is a PNG file ?!?! i dont get it :/

I Do believe that SUPPORT for this site is completely DEAD!
I have been posting to support for a couple of weeks now, and
have gotten no help! Therefor I was forced to move to another
PHPBB Hosting company for my Site.http://FreeForums.org
This used to be a great free Forums Site, until all their support
disappeared!

Why does the Visitors Today Display at the bottom of the forums not work?
Is this an issue for anyone else? Does any of the Support Member's know why
this would be an issue displaying?
