Mods - Picture Gallery installed by not able to post

I have just set up casu2009.phpbb.net
1. Having installed mod- the picture Gallery, I am unable to post pictures into the gallary
2. Installed subsilver2 style, however, not working as the layout is garbled
Can help resolve this?
