I been having a similar proble.m When I go to the registration button I only get two options Disable or None. How do I get to the "by Admin." selection?

As I said over two weeks ago. There is no "by Admin" option . Could it be an update problem? The forum is running PHP Version 5.2.4-2ubuntu5.9
