Hi, Is it possible to view a IP of a member that hasn't posted, but has logged in and voted in a few topics?

hanabi-sky.phpbb.net.This account activation problem still exit,
and even worse,our site can't be register,don't know why...

If you ever found an answer to this problem, please help me. My site also will not go to the final registration page, and the techs here are too busy to help me.
