Updating

My administration panel includes this message:

Your installation does not seem to be up to date. Updates are available for your version of phpBB, please visit to obtain the latest version.
The latest available version is phpBB 2.0.23. You are running phpBB 2.0.22.

I went to the update page and it talks about upgrading from 3.0.

How would I go about updating my forums to the latest version?
