your post is in violation you will be reported?

since this one went through, my question is :
Just created a new forum (schoolofpolitics.phpbb.net) and when I create forums, they dont show up on the index. Wassappening?
Says:
"This board has no forums"
I have set and not set permissions, etc- cant get it to work. What gives?
